In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the IATF16949:2016 standard, July 17th to 18, Xinxiang company invited the Beijing national research trends management consulting center Geng teacher leading the company person in charge of the Department, and key employees of a total of 38 people two days of training.
       At present, IATF16949:2016 standard has become the mainstream of automotive industry certification. The new standards emphasize continuous improvement, defect prevention and the reduction of deviation, reduce the supply chain waste in personnel competence, awareness and training, design and development, production and services, corporate responsibility, risk analysis and other aspects of detailed requirements.
 
     In the course of training, Mr. Geng explained the ISO9001:2016 and IATF16949 quality system management framework, new requirements and change characteristics according to the specific situation of Xiang Xiang company. Between classes, training teachers and students interact frequently, a large number of case analysis using teacher training, and the standard terms correspond to the standard terms to explain, increase the abstract understanding of the depth and accuracy, and achieved good training effect.
     Through this training, the company has improved the understanding of IATF16949:2016 standards at all levels of new Xiang company, laying a solid foundation for next year's new system standards.
